Markowski to Continue Leading Marine Hull & Liability, Drawing on More Than 30 Years of Domestic and International Experience
NEW YORK (OCTOBER 20, 2026) – RB Jones, a leading Managing General Underwriter providing specialty risk coverage solutions for brokers, agents and wholesalers, today announced that Tracy Markowski has been promoted to Vice President. Markowski, who most recently served as Director, Marine Hull & Liability, is based in New York City and reports to RB Jones President Michael Hattaway.

In her expanded role, Markowski will continue leading underwriting strategy for the Marine Hull & Liability portfolio, strengthening relationships with brokers and insurance company partners while helping to develop the next generation of RB Jones marine underwriters.

Markowski brings more than 30 years of domestic and international insurance experience, with roles spanning direct underwriting, reinsurance underwriting and compliance. She joined RB Jones in 2019 and has since been responsible for managing portfolio rate strength, limit profiles and individual risks across the Marine Hull & Liability book.
